In addition to running Sexual Enrichment Counseling Services, Ltd., Dr. Dauw is President of Human Resource Developers, Inc., an international management consulting firm. He has served as a consulting psychologist to various corporations and was a senior human resources executive at a multibillion dollar international conglomerate. In over three decades as a management consultant, Dr. Dauw has been involved in the human resource dynamics of hospitals, financial institutions, Fortune 500 corporations and educational systems.

As an associate tenured professor at DePaul University’s Graduate School of Business for twenty years, Dr. Dauw taught advanced courses in numerous areas of management, I/O psychology and applying behavior sciences to organizations.

Dr. Dauw is the author of 16 books and more than 100 research articles for professional journals, many of which concern creativity, a subject in which he is a recognized leader. His expertise in creativity also led him to become President of Diversified Alternate Developments, Inc. (DADI), a consulting organization specializing in new business opportunities’ innovation. In addition, he is a past President of the Industrial Psychologists’ Association (now GCAIOP).
